United Kingdom Pension Act Will Require Employers to Offer Pension
 
The United Kingdom's Pension Act 2008 requires employees to be covered under an employer-sponsored pension or a new personal accounts scheme. Employee enrollment will be automatic, though an individual will have a limited opportunity to opt out.
